It is on the occasion of the end of specialized cycle exam of my horn player son Valentin, at the CRD of Aulnay sous bois in the class of Daniel Catanalotti, that I composed Légende.
I wanted to write a music that could evoke the great adventure films that he likes, like the young people of his age, where often the horn is honored with great heroic solos.
