This should be interpreted in the context of the adventure upon which we all embarked together, instrumentalists, soloists, composers and myself, in 2002.
We have, as a result, slowly but surely enriched the wind orchestra repertoire, encouraging unforgettable encounters, a sign of the loyalty which I hold particularly close to heart.
The aesthetics are very diverse, and this live recording groups together a select few of these musical adventures which, in many cases, were inspired by our relationship with nature and our environment. We show therefore that musicians are not disconnected from these concerns, which affect each one of us, without exception.
